The company was founded in 1990 as a trading company as a ancillary business. The mission was repair of watches , clocks and mechanical instruments and import of watchmaking tools.
In 1998 the company was changed to a sole proprietorship, and the activities was increased by starting to produce micromechanical prototypes and consultancy within the Swedish watch industry was started.
In the beginning of 20:th century the main focus for the company moved to producing medtech prototypes.
2014 the company was reformed from being a sole proprietorship to a limited company.
The fields of activity is today production of med-tech components, design and production consultancy and watchmaking.
